Frequently Asked Questions

What areas do you service?

As of 2025, we service the entire Mississippi Gulf Coast and North to Hattiesburg. Party locations must be within 100 miles of The Mississippi Coast Coliseum and Convention Center. Travel fees are incurred for any party/event hosted more than 20 miles from the Coliseum.

How do I book/pay for a party?

To reserve a date, first complete the online booking form listed on our website.  Once your date is confirmed, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due to hold your spot and is applied to your total. A party contract will also be sent. After filling out the party booking form, paying the 50% non-refundable deposit, and signing the party contract, your final invoice will be sent. The remaining balance is due 1 week before the day of your party.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance in order to secure your desired date, time, and character. During peak seasons (March-May and October-December), we recommend booking 6-8 weeks in advance.

When are you available for parties?

Most birthday parties are held on weekends although we can accommodate weekday parties depending on cast availability. We do not work on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Day, Mardi Gras, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, July 4th, Mother's Day and Father's Day. We can accept parties between the hours of 8am and 8pm (party must be over by 8pm).

Where should I hold my party?

The majority of parties that we attend are in residences, but we also go to facilities like recreation centers, clubhouses, tea rooms, bounce places, kid gyms, play centers, playgrounds, restaurant rooms, classrooms, daycares, or hotel conference rooms.

What time should I schedule my performer to arrive?

We suggest scheduling the princess or mermaid to appear at least 30 minutes to an hour AFTER the party starts. This allows all guests time to arrive and enjoy the entire performance. We cannot go back and repeat activities for late arrivals, as it is important we keep an on-time schedule for other parties that day. The mermaid will be carried in by an assistant and carried out in order to preserve the magic of her transformation.

How many children can one performer entertain?

In order to give each child attention, we recommend having 10-15 children per performer. If you plan to have more than 15 children, we recommend adding a second princess.

What if I need to cancel?

Your deposit secures your desired date and time. In the event that you have to cancel, we will retain your deposit and gladly work with you to find an alternate party date based on availability.  Alternate party dates must be scheduled within a one year period.

Temperature Policy*

Due to the extreme heat, we do not offer outdoor parties between

May 1st and September 1st, except for our swimming mermaid.

Our performers wear thick costumes and heavy wigs, which are not safe in high temperatures. In rare cases, outdoor bookings during this time may be approved with a contractual agreement, proper accommodations, and an additional fee to cover a safety assistant as well as extra costume and wig maintenance.

If an event is booked as indoor but we arrive to find it outdoors, or if safety requirements are not met at any point during the party, the performer may leave immediately for their safety, and no refund will be issued.

We love bringing the magic—but safety always comes first.
